Alpine's CDA-9886M is a robust and easy to manage head unit allowing connection to a wide array of digital media sources and formats, including Bluetooth connectivity, USB mass storage devices and CD changers. It delivers premium sound quality combined with modern convenience and control. The CDA-9886M is equipped with a marine blue illuminated, BioLite high definition display which shows all song information. Thanks to using a high quality 24-Bit DSP the CDA-9886M plays favourite digital media from all connected sources in audiophile sound performance. For more flexibility and convenient control from anywhere in the boat the head units can be combined with the MC-10/MC-1 wireless Marine Commander.

To get access to all music and to play it right from head unit your iPod® can be connected by using the KCE-422i cable (included). Full Speed makes it easy to get convenient control by scrolling through all Playlists, Artists, Albums, and Songs. The CDA-9886M's will then display the song information beautifully.

IMPRINT – Talking about serious Sound
The CDA-9886M is ready to step up to IMPRINT Sound just by adding an IMPRINT PXA-H100 audio processor for automatic sound tuning or powerful manual tuning options. Precise control and corrections yield enhanced sound that let the audiophile listener enjoy a superb music experience. IMPRINT automatically measures the entire listening area, capturing time domain and frequency response information from each listening location to process and improve the sound. The CDA-9886M also has 4 Volt RCA Pre-outs providing the lowest noise floor for discriminating sound enthusiasts. With Dual Input capability the CDA-9886M's built-in 18W x 4 RMS amplifier can be used. If a true power upgrade is desired the KTP-445 Power Pack can be rigged to instantly increase the head unit's power to true 4 x 45W RMS.
